Small Groups Build Community for Students at Nyack College
December 2, 2021
An essential part of Nyack College’s DNA is to create safe spaces for students to experience personal transformation. Small groups foster the goal of witnessing genuine transformation take place in their lives. Gathering in these intimate settings facilitates the objective of building community.
As the current semester comes to a close, Nyack employees and student leaders are invited to serve as small group leaders during the spring 2022 semester. Small groups typically meet in time slots between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. after evening classes. These gatherings are held both virtually and in person at the Residence Hall in Jersey City and at the main campus building at 2 Washington Street in Manhattan.
To get additional information about small groups that will begin in February 2022, contact Small Group Coordinator Yolanda Jean-Pierre via email at yolanda.jeanpierre@nyack.edu no later than January 10, 2022.
