
October 4 & 6 | Worship and the Word at Alliance University

Chapel services at Alliance University provide an opportunity to experience community. Students, faculty, staff and a virtual audience gather for worship and to hear an uplifting message. Every Tuesday and Thursday at noon (EST) in the Lower Level Auditorium of the campus at 2 Washington Street, the in-person service is held.
Tuesday, October 4, an Office of Student Development panel will deliver a presentation. Worship will be led by Worship, Media and Assistant Pastor Gabe Tringale of Risen King Church in New City, NY.
Thursday, October 6, Chaplain Willie Alfonso will be the chapel speaker. Chaplain Willie who has been an advisor to the New York Yankees, New York Giants, Staten Island Yankees and other teams. His 2015 autobiography is It’s a New Beginning: How to Turn Setbacks Into Comebacks. A companion Bible study guide to Chaplain Alfonso’s book was published in 2018. Worship will be led by Matt (’06, ATS ’19) and Rebecca (’05) Cheung. Matt is also the English congregation pastor at Chinese Evangel Mission Church in Manhattan.
